I have just had an accident, what should I do next?

First, you should make sure that you comply with local or state police authorities if necessary. Next, call one of our staff and we can provide unbiased advise to ensure your rights and vehicle are protected.

How can I pay for my repairs?

We require payment in full upon completion of repairs unless authorized by management. We accept most major credit cards, checks with proper ID, money order, and cash.

Do you provide loaner vehicles?

In many situations the insurance company will furnish a rental vehicle. We will also provide a loaner vehicle under certain circumstances, please ask for more details.

I have a brand new or lease vehicle, can I have your facility repair my vehicle?

Yes, we have certified technicians and state of the art equipment to ensure your vehicle is restored to “pre-loss condition”.

How long will my vehicle take to repair?

Vehicle repair time is determined by the complexity and size of the repair. We use an industry standard formula in determining “cycle time”. At our repair facilities, we strive to repair your vehicle in a timely manner without compromising quality standards for time sake.

Can the repair shop adjust its estimate to absorb the deductible required by my insurance company?

No. We cannot enhance the cost of repairs to help pay for a deductible. Misrepresenting the repairs constitutes fraud. There are however, legal avenues that we can implement to assist in the area. Please contact a manager for further details.

Will my vehicle be repaired with Original Equipment (OEM) Parts?

Our repair facilities use OEM parts as our 1st and number 1 means of replacement parts. We only use LKQ (Like Kind Quality or Used) and aftermarket parts if specified by the customer or agreed upon by the customer in their insurance policy.
