At Charlevoix Collision, the tradition of quality runs deep.
While Charlevoix Collision began operating business in March 2006, it continues on long tradition of quality auto body repair services. Its owner, Robert Butler, established Gaylord Collision in 1984 after being raised in the industry under his father who owned Butler’s Collision in Roseville, MI. Charlevoix Collision not only joined Gaylord Collision, but Line-X of Gaylord and Hannah Auto Sales as well, offering a variety of services with a consistent focus on customer service.
One of the biggest keys to our success is also one of our most important priorities: Each customer is treated with the same amount of care and concern, no matter who they may be, and regardless of the scale of the repair or service.
It is obvious, from the sharp outside appearance of our facilities to the clean and welcoming office and waiting area, that we emphasize quality in every aspect of our business.
